今日の洋楽

今日はデル・シャノンでアンド・ザ・ミュージック・プレイズ・オンです。

デル・シャノン、ダニエル・ブルジョワ(?)作曲です。1976年のアルバム『And the music plays on』収録曲です。

最近デル・シャノンのCDを買いました。1972年の『Live in England』と1976年の『And the music plays on』が1枚になった、いわゆる2in1というものです。

『Live ~』の方は名曲ぞろいでレアなライブ盤という事もあり、非常に良かったです。『And ~』の方は本当に隠れた名曲ばかりが集まっており、今まで知らなかったデル・シャノンの一面が見られた感じがして良かったです。

朗々と、離れ離れになった心境を歌うこの歌、有名じゃないのが残念です。
