ジャクソン・ブラウン作曲です。1977年のアルバム『孤独なランナー』収録曲です。また翌1978年にシングルカットされました。

嵐のような恋をした男女の関係の終わりを歌った歌です。あんな恋を経験したら、もう元には戻れないだろう、という歌です。
