ジョニー・キャッシュ作曲です。1962年のアルバム『ザ・サウンド・オブ・ジョニー・キャッシュ』収録曲です。

2分弱の短い曲ですが、彼女が覚えててくれた事を申し訳なく思う、切ない想いが込められています。
