今日の洋楽

今日はジェリー・リー・ルイスでイットル・ビー・ミーです。

ジャック・クレメント作曲です。1957年のシングル「ホール・ロッタ・シェイキン・ゴーイング・オン」B面曲です。

バージョン違いがあるようで、先にリリースされたのはキーがG、後に録音されたのはキーがAです。さらに、後者の方はシャッフルビートになっています。(今回の動画はキーがAです。)

私は後者の方を最初に聴きました。

クリフ・リチャード、レッド・ツェッペリンがカバーしています。

また、エグザイルというカントリーロックのグループの曲にも同じタイトルの物があります。(LDHではありません。)
