早速、今日の洋楽和訳のコーナーです。

今日の洋楽

今日はザ・キンクスで「思い出のスクールデイズ」という曲です。

レイ・デイヴィス作曲です。1976年のアルバム『不良少年のメロディ〜愛の鞭への傾向と対策』収録曲です。

アルバム一曲目に収録されていますが、めっちゃくちゃ良い曲です。ノスタルジックなメロディに弱い日本人に合いますね。

アルバム全体が一人の不良少年の学生生活を振り返るというコンセプトになっていますので、今回の歌はプロローグソングのような立ち位置ですね。
